Announcing Right90 Trust Analytics

Friday, January 15th, 2010

We recently publicly announced Right90 Trust Analytics™ and you can find more about its sales performance management implications and its effects on enterprise sales forecasting on our site. But, for a brief look, here’s our latest installment of Right90 in 90 Seconds:

We built the application using Adobe Flex. In fact, James Ward, a Technical Evangelist at Adobe thought it was one of the best implementations of Adobe Flex in the enterprise he as ever seen. He recorded a demo video at this year’s Dreamforce and called it “super sexy.”

“Right90 Trust Analytics software really stands out due to its innovative and intuitive user interface which was built with Adobe Flex,” Ward said.

If you would like to know more about Right90 Trust Analytics, we’re going to be conducting an introductory webinar at 11 am on Jan. 22. You can register here. This webinar will show you how to:

  • Maximize revenue and quota attainment by identifying and focusing on key areas of the forecast that require attention
  • Improve sales forecasting performance by measuring and coaching forecast performance
  • Get the necessary support from Operations while reducing stock-outs and minimizing lead times.

And, if you’re unable to make the webinar, please register now anyway and you will be able to access the recording as soon as it’s available.

For more information about Right90 Trust Analytics, you can read the press release or go to the product page.

Notice Something Different?

Monday, November 16th, 2009

Welcome to the new Right90.com.

We have completely scrubbed our Web site from top to bottom. As a market leader in sales forecasting software, we felt like we should provide you with a Web site that provided just as much value as our sales forecasting solutions.

We hope that the new navigation, features and content will help to answer your questions about what Right90 does, how our solutions can help your business and questions about sales forecasting in general.

There’s a couple of sections I would like to point out. The first is we have broken out our products and solutions into separate pages. Our products range from complete sales forecasting solutions to integration and connection solutions available from Right90 on demand.

We’ve also made an effort to bring our educational resources to the forefront of the redesign. White papers, case studies and Webinars can be found in the resource page with new content being added as fast as we can produce it. Our experienced and respected team of enterprise sales forecasting experts regularly collaborates with customers and industry analysts to provide you informative content.

A lot of that content can also be found on the blog, which you’ll notice has a different look as well. So, read and enjoy. Use the buttons to the right to connect with Right90 and let us know what you think!

Learn to Dream(force)

Friday, October 23rd, 2009

In a few short weeks, we’ll be packing up computers, t-shirts and executives and head over to the salesforce.com user conference known as Dreamforce. Will you be coming? In the spirit of my OpenWorld post, here’s my top 6 reasons why you should join us.

  1. Meet our new CEO. Our new CEO, Art Wong will be on hand to meet with customers and share some of his knowledge. I’ll be shooting some video with Art, and I might turn to you to be on camera too.
  2. Learn sales forecasting best practices. Brian Fitzgerald from QuickLogic and Brian Hartman from Trimble have agreed to join Right90 VP of Products Southard Jones on stage during a panel to discuss their best practices for building a trusted, actionable sales forecast.
  3. You’ve always wanted a flashlight/usb hub/highlighter right? Well, the wait continues because we won’t have them. But you won’t leave our booth empty handed or without fresh ideas on how to bolster your sales forecast.
  4. We’ll be showing off our latest applications and even have some of our partners showing what they’re capable of as well. If you ask nicely, we might even show you our secret project.
  5. It’s not just about us. In addition to Right90, you can learn about other great products and services such as Astadia, CastIron or Big Machines will be exhibiting. You can watch rousing speakers such as Secretary of State Colin Powell, salesforce.com CEO Mark Benioff. Or you can enjoy some relaxing evening events.
  6. Did we mention a party? On Thursday, Nov. 19, take an opportunity to solidify those human connections you’ve made at the show. After all, we’re nothing without each other. So, RSVP here and join us!

Some of those points are light-hearted, but they’re important as well. This event is about you, not about us. So, what are the top ideas you want to take back to the office? What are your top reasons to head to Dreamforce? What knowledge do you hope to gain? Let us know.

New Webinar and Research with CSO Insights

Monday, October 12th, 2009

if you could significantly increase your revenues by fixing one problem—would you invest the time and effort to do so? Would you consider implementing a solution to that problem? That one problem is an inaccurate, ineffective and useless sales forecast.

Researchers at CSO Insights examined that one problem and their advice is that implementing a solution should be an enterprise’s top priority.

“As you move into 2010 and prioritize what needs to be improved now and what can wait, we encourage you to include this analysis in your decision making. Sales forecast management optimization has been on the backburner for far too long. The ROI business case for this initiative is huge, and the tools and technologies to make it a reality are available. Fix it. Now!”

CSO Insights Partner Jim Dickie joins Right90 VP of Worldwide Sales Pier Barattolo next week for a Webinar to discuss the firm’s findings. Jim and Pier will explore the impacts the inability to properly forecast sales has on a large enterprise.

For example, CSO Insights asked more than 1,800 businesses to rate their ability to accurately determine which qualified business (defined as deals that are part of the sales forecast versus the pipeline) will actually close, more than 54% of the firms rated their performance at this aspect of sales management as subpar.

So, join us and hear the results of the CSO Insights study and what advice Pier has for companies looking to boost performance. As an extra bonus, attendees get the white paper for free, so register now.
